Where in Panama (Central America) is nice for vacation?

Looking for a romantic vacation for 2 with activites. Don't need to stay somewhere really fancy, but want it to be safe, clean, pretty and affordable. Not into the hostel scene, more of a 30's crowd deal.
Looking into Boca del Toros and Isla Colon but having a hard time finding information on them. I hear there are beautiful areas closer to Panama City. Any help or info would be appreciated.

I suggest you stay in a villa for complete exclusive service and private accommodation.
