Is it legal for a company to repossess your car and then hold your personal belongings until you return the key?? They won't tell where the car is and won't allow me to collect my own things. They keep saying that they have to get the stuff and bring it to me! How ABSURD!!And how would I go about reporting this company to the BBB? They are prejudice and very rude to customers of color!
