Where is the best Caribbean vacation destination?

My husband and I are wanting to go somewhere for our 10 year annivesary. Where are some good places to go to? All inclusive is what we are looking for and somewhere around 2500 to 3000 dollars. We want nice beaches and fun things to do. Thanks!
 
St Lucia.
Rain forest, great beaches, mountains, scuba, wildlife reserves, friendly locals, horse riding, and everything else you might want.
