Where is the best online shop to buy a pay as you go smartphone or the HTC HD2?

I'm looking to buy a new smart phone I've been doing some research and found out that I like the HTC HD2, I cannot to find this phone on pay as you go from any online shop except ebay or amazon. Also is there a site where I can view all the latest smart phones out to compare.

Please take in consideration that Im from the UK and only willing to buy from UK sites.
