I need to find a dress for an event Tuesday night, its black tie, but doesn't need to be a ball gown. I'm currently between 14/16- I don't know the shopping in DC very well. Attempted Georgetown today and had trouble finding anything over a size 6. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
