Where is the EGR Valve located on my '90 LS 400 Lexus?

It just failed a smog test :( they guy said everything was fine with it but that the EGR valvue was clogged and that I just needed to clean it out, he said it was pretty simple and after it was done I could just bring it back in.

where is the EGR valvue located?? any links to diagrams would help too thanks
 
There should be a diagram on a sticker under the hood. If you can't identify it, you have no business cleaning it.
