Where is the headlight fuse located in a 2005 jeep grand cherokee?

i changed the bulbs already but they wont work, i thinking is the fuse but i cant find them. i looked in the manual but its the only fuse not listed. do the lights not have a fuse?

all of the fuses are located under the steering column. the box will have a cover on it. on the inside of the cover there will be a map like a box of chocolates. the map will tell you what fuse is where and what each fuse controls
