where is the mail/newsgroups/feeds etc. database of Windows Live Mail

and Windows Mail stored? after many restored backups i have about 2000 mail/feeds and many more useless stuff, from Windows Live Mail and Windows Mail (my old program).

i would like to delete everything. can you tell me where those stuff are stored in my pc?
