I bought this item off of e-bay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200458976417&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT
Since my code reader gave me a Throttle Positioning Sensor out of range error. However, even though it says it fits, going to a close auto mechanic friend said that what we actually needed (and I ordered) was this item:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=380244867264&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT
I'm wondering, does a V6 Gas powered 2.8L 1984 Bronco II actually have a spot for that Throttle Positioning Sensor, or should I simply look to sell it and use the Idle Speed Control Actuator?
