Where should I work as an advertising sales director?

I'm writing a paper on my goals in life. Although I am not exactly sure that advertising is exactly what I want to do, it is something I am very interested in. I have been assigned to describe where I want to be in ten years so I'm thinking possibly an advertising sales director.. what are some well known ad agencies or any other suggestions. Thanks :)
