Where should we go on our honeymoon?

We are getting married in December and taking our honeymoon in February. We were thinking about a Caribbean cruise that starts and ends in Florida or Louisiana but with the oil spill i don't know if we should take our chances. We are open to any ideas. Hot or cold climates. We want to stay under 2500 dollars as far as travel expenses/hotels. Any ideas?
