Where to find video of people wearing giant bells like underwear?

On the Fox News Channel show Red Eye aired on December 7 (at 3am), a clip was played during a segment in which it looked like a group of people on a stage wearing what looked like to be giant bells as underwear and thrusting their hips back and forth to make the bells ring.... Does anyone have this clip or know what the clip is?
