Where to make DVD music lists?

My question is, If I wanted to create my OWN list, of my favorite music video's, of the 60's, 70's, and 80's, then have these dvd-based music videos recorded/burned (something like K-Tel usedd to do), onto dvd's, for me to buy, andf have, for my own home library, WHERE would I find a site where I could enter my list of "favorites", and receive the music videos, from my favorite artists. The following is just a partial list, of the groups I would want in the video collection:

1) Lionel Richie
2) Hall & Oates
3) Carly Simon
4) J. Geils Band
5) Pat Benatar

Any suggestions where I might find what I seek?
