Where would be a good place to vacation (Over-seas) in January?

no one answered my last question!
I want to meet my friend that is from the Middle East. i wont go there and he wont come here (USA).. What would be a good country to meet in that we could both travel to freely?

I have been chatting with him for 8 years and trust him with my life. I HAVE to meet him in person!
