where would i pick up meet and greet passes for a taylor swift concert?

ok so i was going to enter that thing on taylor swifts page for meet and greet passes, but im a little confused and i want to make sure i get it right before i click submit. it says "Name for Passes at Will Call" what does that mean? and its me, my friend, (13 years old) and my friends sister (16 years old, but wont have her drivers liscence by then) our parents dont have tickets because we are going alone, so will they still be able to pick them up for us? if not, what name should i put?
