...feeling in my arms? I'm trying to quit smoking....again. ugh. Last year I went almost 11 months before getting cocky and thinking "just one" was ok..now here I am. Anywho, the patch was what worked for me before, but just like last time, when I put it on my arm, I get this strange almost painful (but not quite) feeling in that arm, so I tried putting it on my shoulder blade today, but same thing....still that odd kind of numb feeling in the arm it was closest to. It's irritating and stressful and makes me want to rip it off.....pretty counter-productive.
I was told it's most effective on the upper body but I was wondering if it would still work if I put it on my stomach or hip or something? Don't want to waste a patch.
Also, is it bad to ....very....rarely use an ecig while on the patch? like a few puffs only when really jonesing for a smoke? I was almost a 2 pack a day smoker and the patch I use is 21mg, the ecig drops I use are full strength (no idea on mg, bottle or website don't say) tobacco flavored drops. I know if you smoke a real cigarette while on the patch, you could have a heart attack, wondering if there's the same risk with ecig vapor.

you could try maybe your neck, back, or chest. Idk how they work really but it doesn't sound like a bad idea
