Whey Protein vs Muscle Milk. NUTRITION WISE?

I did my research on the protein aspect of WP and MM, WP absorbs faster, while MM release slowly through the day. both good depending on what you need them for. Im currently using MM but will be switching to Whey.

My question IS: MM have all these nurition (vitamin A,B,C,D, zinc, etc.) that WP doesnt have. should i take this into consideration? Will it make a difference? thanks.
 
Whey and eggs are the best sources of protein out there. It is easier to absorb whey and eggs than any other protein. Milk slowly irritates your body, and swells up your mucus glands and the inside of your nose. When your sick you actually feel worse when drinking milk. We weren't even made to drink cow milk, but it is okay every once in a while or a little bit each day. MM nutrition is just added and probably oxidized by the time you drink it. Just like the vitamin c in orange juice. Just eat some fruits and vegetables.

if your concerned about that, then i think you should take vitamins with your WP simple as that :)
