Which Alpine Type R should I get?

I have the Kenwood KAC 7205 amplifier. It says 170 rms x 2 at 4 ohms; 250 rms x 2 at 2 ohms; 500 watts rms x 1 bridged at ohms. I do not know which Type R to get that will work with this amp to get the maximum rms. Im looking to get 1 10 inch Type R. Please help! 2 Ohms or 4 Ohms?
