With this amp i would go with the dual 4 ohm I was thinking this amp because I would have the option to just buy another sa 12 and wire it to 1 ohm and be dandy. But I heard that hifonics is not a trustworthy brand so I was asking for an experienced opinion

1000 @ 2 rms
with this amp I would buy the dual 2 ohm. (everyone online is claiming these can easily handle 1000+ rms). One issue I have with this amp is I would need to buy another amp if I wanted another sub. I have heard nothing but good about alpine amps.
When it comes down to it all I'm 16 with a minimum wage job so money takes a while to come by, would it be worth the wait to save up for the alpine or go with the hifonics and get 2 subs?
