which best skin care product for asian skin?

I have combination skin(more oily) and I'm Asian who lives in Equator country so it hot and humid all year round with fair rainy season. So my skin always looks oily and with few blemishes and fair amount of white & black heads. I just want to know what kind of good skin care product that is really suitable for my kind of skin that doesn't break a bank. Somebody recommend to me about Clinique and Biotherm product but I haven't try it yet. How about Clarins and Kose'?
