Looking at spending under 20k and at a Domestic car. Looking at base model's with automatics.

Ford Focus,Chevy Cruze,Dodge Avenger,Chrysler 200.
 
The Focus is the best quality by a good margin. It's kind of like driving a go-cart if you're used to a big vehicle, but very reliable now days.
