Which cellphone should i buy?

I am deciding between Samsung galaxy note 2, iphone 5, and HTC Droid DNA.
I will be using it for:
Texting
Calling
Web browsing (adobe flash would be very good to have)
Music
Netflix
Youtube
Facebook
Email
Pictures
Video
Some games apps

Being able to have live tv would be good too lol.

So which phone is best for me?
