I'm good at crying at the drop of a hat ( trained actor) and my sense of humor is my best attribute ...so where i am ?
 
A man with no sense of humor would be vastly less attractive than a cry-baby. I love life and laughing and if a man can't laugh at himself, or at the world around him, he'd be a black cloud over my life and I can't have that.
 
no sense of humor. at least if he cries i know he has emotions. so many men are taught to mask emotions, or act harder than they really are. but no sense of humor??? he might as well be dead. laughter makes people feel good. it's been proven that people that laugh a lot are healthier.
 
Both are unattractive but the one who cries at the drop of a hat has some mental issues going on that he needs to iron out. No one man or woman should be that emotionally fragile.

Crying depends. If it is emotional, such as watching a sad film, then I see no problem; if it is to try and evoke pity, then I tend to turn away.
 
couldn't you give us a third option??....lol jk......maybe the one with no sense of humour because i wouldn't want to feel like i'm walking on egg shells every time that i'm around him.

i have a real blunt, straight forward attitude - i wanna be able to argue with him without him running off to the backroom in tears.

No sense of humor. I can't handle a man who is serious all the time. Takes me back to childhood when I was afraid of saying something or I would get beat.

Crying is good but in moderation.
 
I dont like to be around people who cant crack a smile, I think a sensitive man is attractive but he cant go around crying all the time.
 
I have to say a man that cries at the drop of a hat is so unattractive. I do not need a grown man crying. Don't get me wrong their is nothing wrong with a man crying if something dramatic happen. I have to say GIG, you have the best questions on this site. Keep up the good work!
 
that's a good question because they both sound pretty pathetic but I would say the man with no sense of Hummer is the most unattractive one because at least the cry baby has a storyline to follow up on and with feelings the other is just a plain bore and who needs that we can have a pet 2 by 4 for that one or a pet rock if needed.
 
i would think a cryer. no body wants to have to pat their man on the shoulder. "Its okay man, the cat survived". get outta here
 
I find neither to be unattractive and my opinion is that this is just the whimsical byproduct of too much time spent gossiping about things which have an awful lot less relevance than what people believe with their personal bias.

But then, i'm just a guy.
