N the Hood, South Central? I saw all three of these films and I honestly feel that Menace II Society showed the cause and effect of actions & consequences the deepest because I could see how Caine's actions deeply came back to haunt him later in the film, but I think the best ending has to go to South Central and honestly the father-son relationship was just a lot more emotional in South Central to me because the dad used to be a thug and paid for it and was trying to snatch his son back from that life (kind of like the sibling relationship between former Neo Nazi Derek Vinyard and his younger brother in American History X which was equally emotional) as opposed to Furious Styles who never was a thug but was still trying to keep his son Tre from retaliating for Ricky's murder.
