i am looking to by one of these two trucks. But i dont know which one. I will be using them for a lot of off roading.

Toyota Tacoma! Chevy breaks too much. My dad has had like 5 GM models and all had electronics, bad senors, transmission problems. It never ended, it was at least once a month something happened, and my dad doesn't drive cars hard or anything. That's why i don't drive GM model vehicles.

Chevy gets better gas mileage and is more durable. It will last you longer.

are you mad? obviously the tacoma!
i remember buying a brand new chevrolet car once, it broke down in two months! i needed to replace the whole engine block!
toyota is a japanese company, and is buy far the most reliable

Hands down, Tacoma. Toyota pickup truck are amazingly tough built. My buddy used to have a 91 Toyota pickup and there is nothing we didn't do to that truck and it just kept on truckin'. The down side I dunno if they corrected this but they used to have bad bodies in the mid 90`s beginning 2000. Easily bendable and dentable like if you drop something on your fender trying to put it in the box it will dent more then american made trucks. hope this helps.

toyota engines are good but their under body's are badly built chevy will be a better choice for what you will be doing chevy isnt that bad of a truck engine or body so chevy
