I'm looking to lose maybe 5-7 pounds, and I'm a 15 year old female.
My metabolism isn't very fast at all, which sucks..and I don't know how to make it faster, if that's possible.
Which method would I be able to lose weight easier and quicker with?
And if you believe there's a better way than these, please let me know! I'd greatly appreciate it.
method 1:
breakfast: small bowl of cereal w/ skim milk
snack: serving of fruit and 100 calorie bar of some sort
lunch: small bowl of cereal w/ skim milk, serving of fruit, fat free yogurt, and the occassional roll or cookie
snack: fruit or celery w/ peanut butter
dinner: whatever i want, in correct portion control
dessert: small piece of chocolate
method 2:
breakfast: small bowl of cereal w/ skim milk
snack: fruit and 100 calorie bar of some sort
lunch: 2 small slices of whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter and banana to make a peanut butter & banana sandwich, fat free yogurt, serving of fruit, and the occassional roll or cookie
snack: serving of fruit
dinner: whatever i want, in moderation and correct portion.
dessert: small piece of chocolate.
* both options include drinking 3-4 bottle of waters throughout the day.
