Which is best Motorola RAZR2 v9x , LG Shine, Motorola MOTO(TM)Z9?

I need to replace a defective Samsung SGH-A747. This is the second time needing to replace a defective phone under manufacturer warranty. I put in a request that AT&T give me a free upgrade to a better phone for the hassle. These are my choices. I really need help deciding. Thanks:)
 
I've done a lot of research on the Motorola Razr2 V9x, and it seems to be a pretty good phone. That's just from others' reviews. I can say from personal experience, though, that the LG Shine is a phone only good for looks. Call quality was horrible-sounds like the person you're talking to is in a can. The battery life is horrible, too. If you talk for about thirty minutes, one bar on the battery meter is already gone. On the Motorola Z9 there have a many good reviews on that phone, too. It really depends on what you want in the phone. The Razr2 is really better than both phones except that the Z9 has a way better battery. But if it were up to me, I would get the Motorola Razr2 V9x only because it looks better than the Z9. Sorry about rambling on and on. Hopes this helps.
