Need to know which one is better I'm looking for somebody who wants a serious committed relationship...no more friends or companion crap. Had heard that Match.com is the on-line version of going to the bar which is not interesting at all and that with HARMONY you have no control over your matches. Any info from people who've had experience with the on-line dating community is very helpful. Thank you

I've used Match.com on and off for a while, and would not compare it to a bar in any way...
I am not a fan of eharmony because of their discriminatory practices...I've heard too many stories of gays or people who are not religious not getting any results or hits on that site, and that's because the guy who runs it is a very religious fellow...
I've heard success stories from both sites though, so it's really up to you...why not see which one seems to have more members that meet whatever your particular dating criteria is (whether its physical characteristics, location, occupation, hobbies, income, age, etc...)
