I would think they're about the same. The cover art is different, but which you prefer is a a matter personal opinion. There is also some change in vocabulary, but that was done so that American readers would find it easier to understand. The changed words don't necessarily make the language better. The price would depend on where you buy it, but I would they average at about the same price.
