Which is better: Motorola Droid or HTC Incredible?

I'm due for an upgrade to a new phone through Verizon. I can not choose between the Motorola Droid or the HTC Incredible. Which is a better phone?

The Incredible is a better device. It has twice the processing speed, a better camera, and probably a more current version of Android than the Droid. If I had to choose, I'd take the Incredible.

I own the Google Nexus One, which is a "cousin" of the Incredible. Best phone I have ever owned.
