Which is better, Window 7 or Android 2.1 Eclair?

OS of mobile = Window Phone 7 and Android 2.1 Eclair
Window 7 : example: HTC Mozart 7, HTC Throphy 7, etc.
Eclair: Google Nexus One, HTC Legend, etc.
