which is the best nokia n900, sony ericsson vivaz pro or xperia x1or something new?

hey ppl, I'm ina great confusion to choose the best, bcoz i have some doubts abt them
n900--- does it allow normal 3g video calling and shoots video in HD
vivaz---Is it too small (smaller than n900)

If anything better than those mentioned above?( but i want a mobile with a qwerty keyboard)
