which island is better for a romantic vacation for 3 days, maui or kauai?

kauai. it's really quiet & there's lots to do. you'll have lots of privacy & it's not crowded at all. the hotel's are really nice, and the beaches are really clean and gorgeous. i live on kauai and i love it (:
 
depends on how you want to spend your time...
alone >> Kauai.
alone time + nightlife >> Maui.
both are great though!
 
Kauai's more romantic but very quiet, so a great place to go if you want to enjoy each other's company.
