Which jobs can you get with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition but not being an RD?

are there a lot of jobs out there for just Nutrition /dietetics majors ? ; ~ ;

The thing is, I really want to learn about Nutrition /dietetics (4 year undergrad) and make some kind of career about it, but I don't want to do the extra year internship and become a registered dietitian either

What kind of jobs are there for me? Job opportunities overseas?
