Which lacquer primer should I use before painting my bike?

I want to paint my bike glossy black with some decals which I will buy from eBay. But before painting I need to use a primer, so which is primer is the best for a shiny look?
 
The primer has to be compatible with the paint you intend to use.
The "shiny look' is the product of getting your primer coat really smooth before you apply the finish coat.
(Lot'sa steel wool and elbow grease, and don't forget to get ALL
the dust off before you paint.)
A final clear coat over your color coat looks best.
