Which leg should I start with in sprints?

When I run the hurdles and 200, I never know which leg to start with in front. I think my left leg is my 'lead leg' because whenever I do handstands or cartwheels, that's the leg that's in front (if that matters at all lol)
And is the more powerful leg supposed to be in front or back? And how do I determine which leg is stronger?
Help. Please.

What leg do you kick a ball with?
to find out kick something. whichever leg you use to kick with out thinking about it is you dominant leg.
