Which martial art should I do?

I'm inexperienced in martial arts but i recently started doing Muay Thai which i absolutely love. I mainly started it to lose weight.

I'm looking to start another martial art and I was wondering if there are any that focus mainly on:
- upper body work rather than kicks
- reflexes rather than strength
- and possibly could contain take-downs
