which mountain bike is better? Orbea Dakar/ Specialized Hardrock?

There are the specifications of these two bikes, could anyone please give me some suggestions- like the differences between the forks? Thanks!

Hi (bit late maybe)

Im having the exact same dilemma for a friend.

Im leaning towards the hardrock as forks seem a lttle better as are the gears. Probabaly get the hardrock cheaper if your in UK.
