Which nation has the best sense of humour?

I'm just going to say ireland because im irish but whats your opinion? Also explain why they are so funny and maybe you could give links to comedians from the country
 
I don't think any particular nation produces people with the best sense of humor. Everybody just has different senses of humor. I'm white, and I'll hear my black friends laugh about something that has to do with being black, and I just won't get it :( And then they try and explain to me a bit, but then they just laugh and give up...

But interesting question, though...
 
USA
They have the best comedy shows.
Two and a half men, the simpsons, cougar town, friends, scrubs.
 
I would say America, but our comedy and humor comes from all over. The Irish, yes, of course, (and despite what somebody else said) the Jewish people, Black people, etc. all have great humor. I grew up not realizing the British were funny, you know, stiff upper lip and all that.

I imagine there is no where in the world without some kind of humor. OK, maybe the Taliban aren't a barrel of laughs but most nationalities and ethnic groups can be funny.

Ireland. I don't know of any comedians from Ireland but I know Irish people and they are funny as hell.

Depends what you're into. Toilet humor? America. Try Dane Cook or Chris Rock.

That's so subjective it's a silly question, people are going to like their own country's humour generally because that's where they grew up and shared the community's humour.
