Which new laptop and cellphone are currently the 'best' on the market?

I am on the market looking to buy a new top performance laptop and a new cellphone with high ratings that is likely to last long and has very few bugs.
I want a laptop with a i5 or i7 processor...any i7 processor suggestions would be good. Or any laptop brands that I should stay away from/ definitely buy
 
Laptops it depends on what you need how much proccesor power you need but do you do hardcore video editing hardcore video gaming or just the simple stuff which is surf the web just YouTube watching there's a bunch of laptops out there make sure it meets your needs around the budget your on . For mobile phones hands down its the galaxy s3
