(Austin, TX)? I'm new to town and need some help choosing where to live because I don't know the areas of town very well. I'm a 26 year old single female. I want to be somewhere I can meet a lot of people and have lots to do. My two choices: (which are limited to only these two because of my personal situation)
Hudson Miramont: South Austin, $775 for 807sqft, kind of remote area with no immediate stores nearby (walking distance), gorgeous scenery, incredible floorplan, no w/d in unit, 10 minutes from downtown- available to move in the 24th.
Colonial Grand Silverado: North Austin (cedar park), $700 for 922sqft, w/d in unit, plenty of nearby stores, nice area, very far from downtown, seems like an older crowd (seems boring to me)- can't move in til the 30th.
Which one would you choose?
