Which outfielder should I pick up?

So right now i'm looking for a number 5 outfielder. My 5th outfielder is currently Gary Sheffield and there are three outfield free agents that i am thinking of picking up to replace him: Adam Jones, Shin-So Choo, or Nelson Cruz. Which one should I pick up?
