Which smartphone is the best deal?

I have to choose between two smartphones for college:

One is a Blackberry Pearl 9100 (latest)

PRICE: 196$ no contract

The other is an HTC HD7 Windows Phone 7

The blackberry's price is REALLY interesting... But WP7s has nicer apps and XBOX Live...
 
well it seem both phones had been remove from ebay,but i would go with the wp7s seem to be a better phone for a college student. i have the evo 4g and its great from me since i am also a college student.
