From experience, I will tell you that Crest White Strips work the best. NOT the 5-minute White Strips, but the regular ones. Supplement it by also using whitening toothpaste and whitening mouthwash. Don't drink and coffee or pop, because they will stain your teeth. The White Strips are painful. They make your teeth sore and your gums string. No pain, no gain. They work.
