Which type Alpine speakers for my Acura Integra GSR? (Already have amp and sub)?

I just purchased a 1996 Acura Integra GSR and it had all stock speakers and a cheap CD player. I just got a Type-X 12" Alpine sub SWX-1243D, a Alpine PDX1.1000 amp, and ALPINE IDA-X303 deck. Now I want to update the speakers. From what I've heard Acura Integra GSR 2-door has 6.5 inch speakers all the way around is that correct? So I want to know what type Alpine speakers (type E, S, R, or X) I should buy. I know that certain speakers would mess up the Sub frequency so what would be my best one to get?
 
hold on there, the radios in all my hondas were alpine. Back in the day u could easily sell ANY honda stock radio. good quality and they last long.
now get speakers that match the alpine amp rms wattage per channel at 4 ohms.
buy those. either the type r's or the type s. either way they are great and the tweets are silk and shine very well, like polks.
