Which unlocked smartphone for under $400?

I am heavy texter. I need very good camera like 5mp or above. I want touch screen a slide out keyboard would be awesome. I don't use web or e-mail that much. I want it to be good MP3 player. I want it GSM unlocked, I can spend $400 for it.Which smart phone do you suggest.
 
Nokia C6, it has 5mp camera and it also has a keyboard and under 300.
