Which would you rather buy? 98 Audi A6 or 97 BMW 328i?

I found two cars that interest me ... 1 is a 1998 Audi A6 2.8 Quattro with 119000 miles... 2. is a 1997 BMW 328i coupe with 140000. I'm kinda going for the Audi ... but i heard the reliability is worse for the Audi.... I had a couple of BMWs before, but now i'm thinking of trying out the Audi.... which would u choose? Both are same price... 5000 dollar and in good condition.
 
go for the audi but look around more for maybe a newer model with less mileage. if not just go for the audi it has less mileage and probalby wont have as many problems as the beamer.
