I know the first thing that pops into your head is the that the torrent is using all my internet access, and this is not the issue
i set the torrent to download at say 300kB/s, and even though my internet connection allows >1500kB/s, anything over downloading a torrent at 300kB/s seems to not allow me to do anything else?
also it is not the connectivity at the time, because before limiting the torrent speed, it reaches a lot more than 300kB/s
is there some sort of setting that dedicates all the bandwidth to the torrent and sets the browser at a lower priority?
