We're traveling around again beginning with Irvine, California to talk with Britta of Britta's Cafe. Kupferberg Center at Queens College in Flushing, NY. Trama's Auto School in Woodhaven, Queens. Riding a motorcycle. Vikas Khanna, who Gordon Ramsey got to head Purnima restaurant in NYC, after being a restaurant nightmare, is now the Executive Chef of another Indian restaurant, Junoon.
