White Rodgers does not make furnace. Thats your thermostat
Anyway if you have pilot then the gas valve is fine.
If the furnace is fairly new it should have on board diagnostic via the control board. Its nothing more than a LED light. If you have that and its blinking. Count the # of flashes. On the back of the furnace panel or there is a fault code chart. So match the # of flashes to the chart. It will point you in the general direction of what the problem is. It wont tell you how to fix it though.
If the furnace is older and does not have this. Try turning the blower from auto to ON. If the blower does NOT come on then your furnace is in lock out mode.
If it comes on, and the thermostat has batteries replace them.
If still a problem your going to need to call a HVAC company to diagnose.
